Does anyone else get frustrated (soft word), when suppliers never respond to your inquiry.?

One particular company has not responded, even after a private email via a forum was sent.

I don't know if they don't want to sell gear to Aussies, or if they just don't want to sell to me.

It would be nice to know, one way or another.

'n I'm not talking about Joe either. :winky:

I have better luck reaching Bethel via Facebook

That's the best way.

People that own a phone will know what I mean, eh Baffles?? :shifty::lol:

But I don't want to embarrass this guy because he helps a lot of carpet cleaners with his biz;

NO, NOT Lora &John either, who have been absolutely brilliant to purchase items from over the years.:clap::clap:

Hey Shorty;

If it is our company . . .

yes, you can purchase a UV light.

After the Experience show we were swamped with UV light orders.

We are just starting to catch up.

And . . . Robert Mann wants a special higher power UV light built.

Larry

P.S. Truckmounts have also been in high demand.

Thanks Larry.

Now that you mention it, I could do with a new UV light.

I have the old one that takes 10-15 minutes to warm up but you can use it in daylight.

I'll be in touch after I have a Captain Cook on your website.

I was at the world's best carpet supplier this week having some work done on my rig. They showed me one of your new lights, Larry.

$250? Seriously?

It's a FLASHLIGHT, for God's sake!

It's a UV spotlight, with technology unknown to Alabama . . .

that allows you to show your customer that Fifi has deposited urine in many areas.

That is what allows you to charge the correct $250 or more for one urine removal job.

I bought 2 of Larrys "flashlights'. They are great. Each tech picks up an average of 85 a day in extra sales. going to sell the giant light we have. It does work better but the hassel of using it makes it less likely the tech will use it.
