Who has changed one? New one I got does not fit at all.

They fit very tightly. Put it in some hot water to make it more flexible and you should be able to stretch it a bit and get it on easily.

I usually use a heat gun to get it to stretch enough to slide on. They are a tight fit

very tight I used a screw driver and a hammer to make mine go on.
