The reason I asked.....I did an estimate today on ceramic tile, waiting room, and the grout will clean up real nice....like night and day. But their maintenance crew slops up that 2-3 inches up the tile base board when mopping, and it's gonna take some slow piece work with the Geckko to clean each grout line coming up the wall. The floor should clean like a breeze.

You can use your glided wand or stair tool to rinse the walls. A gecko tool takes too much time and is way too short to be the choice tool in my opinion, but of course use what you feel comfortable with. Make sure you scrub. And yeah I think you'd charge to clean a tiled baseboard.

No turbo tilt for a true dirty tiled baseboard.

I have booked 2 nice commercial jobs because I put a seperate line item for it. Most don't clean it or even talk about it.

There is nothing worse than a clean floor and dirty baseboard. At least before they both matched. You will get attention with a charge for it, and you should it is a lot of work.

Once you point it out, you charge for it easily.

Here's a little trick that cleans it good.

Use 3M Trouble shooter. It's a baseboard stripper in a aerosal can. You spray it on, let it sit for 3 min. then srcub the grout lines by hand and then hit it with your edging tool. It comes off very easy.

When you clean commercial bathrooms, you should be using a floor stripper with butyl at all times. Then do an acid wash. If your color sealing the commercial floor then an acid wash is not needed..........
