I was listening to Lisa and Joe the other day. They send me emails. I think they love me. 
Anyway, I haven't offered a free room for a long time and Mr. Joe brought it up so thought I would try it out for a while just for shits and giggles.
Not a big deal but I thought I would bring it here for anyone who hasn't thought of it. It always worked well before because...
1. You don't have to list price shiteatinggrin
2. The lady's love the freebies...Hense "BOGO" !gotcha!
3. "Free" although known to the salesman as complete and "utter" cow doody....really does stimulate the mind of the consumer. Ivebeensold
4. Of course if you word it right, they still will need to meet your minimum to get the "free" room and sed room probably would have fit into the minimum anyway. 8)
Not sleezy skanky sales stuff...they really do get the room free.
I wonder if T offers anything free with his Ozone depleting TM?
