of course

but 90% of the industry would rape the owner.
Let’s say the owner is a renter who has a crappy landlord and needs to make it livable but isn’t allowed to rip it out. They beg you and understand there’s no liability.

I get about 1-3 of those a month.

What’s your plan of attack on helping that person?

Sub surface extractor is designed for use on one or two stains. Not for trying to rescue a piss soaked carpet. Used properly it can be a real help. Too many people are overselling urine treatments.

the real problem is that the customer is only aware of two or three spots so we go ahead and subsurface extract them. When in reality it probably looks something like what you show. we only have to go on what the customer tells us so we are bad?

PS Personally, I try to explain this to a customer first but if they still want it done..... I only do a couple a year anyways.

It's only a little bit though, cause it rarely ever happens"

Damon, Damon, he's our man!
If he can't do it, no one can!

this is worst I've ever seen.
it was so bad, the subfloor was soaked in areas and floor joists were stained.
subfloor had to be replaced and joists sealed

not a low rent joint either (2 bd townhouse that rents for $1600 month)
a hot single chic lived there for about 6 years

That's why you need a good quality urine UV light. Let the customer how serious it is.

I would certainly deny any service to try to fix that, that is not fixable
