Tennants uninsured contents

How are you guys dealing with this. Has anybody had any luck with the owners insurance paying to just move and store the contents.

That's always a tough situation, the insurance company has always told us they will not pay to move or do anything with.

We will give them an estimate if they want one but won't do any work unless they know a total before we start.

We do some uninsured one's but not many!
