Did you mark the areas cleaned with which product to be able to track a difference in re-soling?

Impossible to follow up unless you are there every day.
Frequency of vacuuming and their technique.

My favorite pixie dust is Green Dragon from Encap Store. Use it for HWE and VLM. Not recommended as a straight encap though.
This area was one quick pass with a MF pad.

Have you tried Angry Lemon from Damon? It has a good scent and is the equivalent to Commercial Magic. I’ve never smelled Commercial Magic though.
Will it make me cough? I know he sells good stuff but some things are just too potent for my perfect pink lungs.

Explain the term ......straight encap

Doesn't that just mean............bonnet cleaner?

This whole VLM lingo about encapsulation is just BS.

Either it has a polymer in it or it doesn't..............which defines an encap

I would never count on a polymer encap to encapsulate...............anything

But I do look for one that leaves a DRY RESIDUE

I meant straight encap as in only using a fiber pad while cleaning as opposed to extracting with either a bonnet (microfiber, cotton, etc) or HWE. Green Dragon doesn’t have polymers in it and dries with no residue.

I use fibre pads all the time. No absorbtion at all. Yet the carpets still look great. I have a twin tower condo building, 32 stories, that I have been encapping for 3 years now. The carpets look better now than when I was cleaning with a high performance portable.

I use fiber pads only all the time too but it’s not recommended with Green Dragon because it doesn’t have a polymer. If I’m only using a fiber pad I use Awesome Encap or Angry Lemon

I have been using Bridgepoint products as well as Harvard's encap. I have had good success with the o2 products on coffee and other beverage stains.
