Hey Greg I was playing on the computer and did a search for carpet cleaning tampa. I noticed there are a lot of price oriented companies. Example Browns Carpet Cleaning advertises a whole house carpet cleaning for 69 dollars. How do theses companines compete with one another? If a customer is price shopping, it is apparent to me that they would call company "a" because the price is 5-10 dollars cheaper than company "b". I also noticed that Browns Carpet Cleaning has been in Atlanta and is now in Tampa. Is this part of the reason you chose to open up a location in Tampa?
There is also a guy that is on here a lot (Payless Carpet Cleaning) that advertises 4 rooms and a hallway for 99.95. All I am going to say on that matter is live by the price die by the price.
One more question for you Mr. Cole. What can a customer expect with your 34.95 tile and grout cleaning special? A mop and bucket of dish detergent? Just curious why you would clearly choose to b and s tile cleaning. Why not just advertise the true cost to clean the floor properly?
