Had a problem with some tile by a hot and pool. Cleaned it with everything we could get our hands on two separate trips we were left with this.

It was a low spot in the floor, combined with hard water and repeated splashing it left this thick deposit of calcium. Talked to John at Superior he told me I needed some cal clean from Advanced.

It took Twenty minutes to remove. I'm still shocked.

That stuff says its safe for use on Concrete but it etched the hell out of my concrete countertops.

Do you have a link or a phone number? I have a web client who is going to clean a pool in a few weeks and when he showed me pics it looked like a similar problem.
