Hello Family and Friends!
Thank you for checking out my webpage for my
fundraising this year! Oh...and by the way...I am officially a MARATHONER!!! I
don't remember ever thinking in my life I would be able to call myself a
marathoner...but here I am one! I ran all 26.2 miles with my friend Barry Costa!
Barry stuck with me the whole way...even when I had to wait in a 20 minute line
for the port-a-potty (he was enjoying his corn nuts)! What a friend!!
We saw the Kenyans (wow), endured up Diamond Head hill
and jumped our ropes across the finish line! And of course I broke down in tears
when I finally got to hug my husband and Kade...when it started to hit what I
had accomplished. I couldn't have done it without him and Kade and their
support!
So this year...I'm taking a break from running and I'm
going to do the Las Vegas Century Ride! 103 miles back and forth across Vegas in
September should be a blast!

If you have the ability to donate to my fundraising
efforts this year, I am so grateful, no matter the amount. The widows mite means
more than the richman's millions!
And who am I doing this for...it seems the list
continues to grow...
I memory of Kim Costa. I never met her, but she started
her Dad on this path...and he has started countless others! Her legacy is
amazing!
In honor of my friend Jerry! He is fighting the good
fight and he and his wife Elizabeth mean so much to me! He can beat leukemia...I
know it! Also my mom's friend Carl, he is working on beating leukemia!
Also in honor of several friend's who have beat this
thing, Kelli W and Shane W's boy! Good for you, you are proof this can be
beat!
I am looking forward to being on my bike this summer,
hopefully a few rides with my husband and Kade too! (Kade is all ready with a
new bike coming in June and biking shorts! I had no idea biking sorts came in
sizes for kids!) Also hoping the drivers in Utah County watch out for this old
lady on her purple bike!
