Demien and Cu came down to Aptos today to replace both of out rotting doors.

All day and well into the freezing night to get the new FRP doors hung and shelved (on mine anyways)


The appeal of being a OP hack in a PT Cruiser was never more appealing than today...ugh.


Jerry Cu Valentine is a real trooper to have helped us out with no financial gain other than a shitty burrito lunch and a non Irish coffee.to thaw me bones.

Mine are starting to get some "warts" under the wrap. Is this the beginning of the end?

I would love some new molding on them for sure. I cannot get all the black stuff off and it bugs the crap out me.

These new doors are a solid plastic core so no fear of the electrolysis that would cause the old style to go all warty on us.


Demien's 05 was bad, my 04 was horrible.

Ok Mike, how much were the doors? then the gaskets, etc. I definately need new ones my bolts etc are starting to wiggle! Wrap looks like crap on the back from all the bubbles and dirt over the years. Yours is a FMI unit just like mine correct? Why don't you email me the invoice so I know exactly what to order.
