Most of businesses, now, have been given the go-ahead to open. I was wondering how many of you are back and have a few of those customers who have been on hold prior to this pandemic , now cancelled? In other words, for obvious reasons. And, for those whom have elected to have your service company enter their homes, are they present as normal and wearing a mask?

Fortunately here, We have had more inquiries than we ever expected over the past couple weeks even as the "used equipment" (or commonly referred to as: "or used up equipment") market have piled up over the past couple months. The good news out of all of this is the one thing I have learned over the years is this: When we are busy, then you, the Operator(s) eventually will follow with an increase as well. Thus, if you are currently in the "re-build" once again, I suggest not to fret because your business will come back!

Hang in there &
Best to all;

we had jobs ready to roll when the state shut down .
Put everything but "non essential" in progress jobs on hold
(like in the middle of a roof, furnace, electrical or plumbing install)
So my personal job responsibilities have amounted to twiddling thumbs for a couple months

doors opened a couple weeks ago and now things starting to roll under the "new norm" .
Which is a YUGE PITA of new paperwork and new protocol for homeowners, contractors, project managers, inspectors, et al to sign off on

Gloves, mask, temp readings, health questionnaires, covid waivers and covid protocol procedure docs are just some of the "new norm" things

Most homeowners that jobs were put on hold are good to get going.
some said get rolling , no questions ask 'cept,
"where do I sign the covid release forms"

some asked if contractors will follow protocol (masks 'n stuff) and if so, let it roll

as of now, I only know of one homeowner that doesn't want anyone in their home right now
and waiting for a couple others to decide
