As you guys know in feb we we involved in a huge job. Man i cant tell you guys how that has changed my operation. I look at everything different now. Nothing is big anymore, but eveything is more impotant. I just wanted to remind everyone not to take anything for granted.............

I know what you mean. when we jumped into commercial work and into tens of thousands of feet instead of a thousand here and there the res. work seemed like nothing.

Tons of benefits to commercial... Higher ticket average, higher ROI on marketing, less set ups, lower operating costs, less driving, less relationships to manage... The list just goes on.

I really dont get into commercial, but I have one thats 30,000 sq ft..twice a year. Its a school, with wide open carpet, that I can do anytime during the school break.

Love it... only 20% needs a TM.
