What percentage of your work is OP or some other pAd process?

What machine(s) do you use?

What pads do you use for which applications?

What juice and spotters?

I have an old Orbitec Brute I bought from Guerkink about 15 years ago I use 2-3 times per year. Ordered a Phoenix I hope to have more work for. Use Releasit DS2 and grey microfiber with blue scrub strips pads on CGD nylon in a clinic and in a dentist's office, mostly.

I’m sorry Johnny
I didn’t realize things were that bad.

You don't do any VLM? Sometimes it's the best solution.

The 25 yr old nylon in the clinic has been flooded multiple times. Every time I would HWE it, it would wick so bad I would need to OP it a few days later. The doc is now happy with encapping it twice a year. One more cleaning, and it's being replaced.

I'm doing more commercial encap work these days. Primary machine is a Trinity Phoenix and I also have a Hos Sprayborg. I use mainly microfiber pads. Just did 4800 sqft in just over 2 hours. Add in 2 hours driving and prep time, for $1500. Just makes sense for commercial.
