Exactly the same problem I had. It would collect in the wand filters, and bunged up my machine completely.... yup, Flex Ice rinse... switched to End Zone, haven’t had the issues since...

Mike. I know you won’t listen to me, but that is Flex Ice doing that. If you listen to me i’ll buy that ugly ass Workhorse vac.

And I’m not using flex ice I’m using Harvard heavy duty liquid rinse. Does the stubance look almost like very fine sand ??

I know the jet screens are even worse, needing daily attention. Been running ICE for two plus years. never had this issue.

I used ice for several years up till 6 months ago never had any problems

Sounds like a Cobb product, start with a good product, then "improve" it till it doesn't work.

Install bigger filters.

Always mixes easy, never had that problems with ice. Mike i bet the acorn strainer is off

Where is that filter from and where does the chem. go threw that filter or just water into that filter My old hydramaster had same water filter but never had that build up.. Once my water softner backed up doing that.?

Flex ice for sure. Had the same issue after a month or so.


And yes the (acorn)strainer was on. At one point I wasn't getting enough flow for the hydro force to work... Bummer.

Or he needs to quit messing with the powder alkaline product and go liquid. And if he's stubborn on wanting to use a powder, just use plain soda ash Arm and Hammer. It dissolves just fine.

I loved the Flex Ice, but someone warned me that it would do this. Sure enough it started jamming up my filters. I switched rinses and it stopped. It's too bad because I swear it would kill it on dander jobs and white berber would pop with it.

Filters were currently installed in the chem jugs but a month or do ago, they had worked their way off, for how long is anybodys guess

Fresh tank filter is clean

If its ICE, why now?

Sucks, it's(ice) a nice product. Sooo was that magic potion product from magic wand. Well... Til it ate my brass.
