only changes needed I could see by looking at it was to use the Ron Beaty waste tank gasket design and a much larger box over the freshy.
It's basically a 6008 perfected.

We love our two Aerotech's, and after lengthy deliberations, we knew the Aerotech and the Aerotech people were the way to go and the only purchasing decision there was.

We are so glad to be as far away from the Xentherm Oil heating system.

Long live Aerotech and their amazing employees !!!

You are correct Steve, but after experiencing first hand how my friend Billy in Kentucky was treated by Blueline / Vortex when purchasing his new 7000, and the fire we experienced as well as ongoing issues with the Xentherm we had to deal with, Aerotech looked most favourable.

I refer to the people at Aerotech as the three Musketeers, DeEtte, Ted and Vlad makes one's purchasing experience incredible.

I don't believe that the " day of the big truck is over". Over a thirty year period of time, I worked my way up to the big trucks. They give me the versatility to carry the water I need (240 gallon clean and 240 gallon dirty). They give me the power and heat to help me to work faster and give my customers fast drying times they expect. The next time I buy trucks, I will look for a manufacturer is willing to meet my needs as Vortex did for these last two, and has the commitment to stay in the industry. I have no intention of going back to a some of the alternatives now being displayed by some manufacturers.

NOthing but big trucks for me from here on out!

After experiencing the power and performance 1st hand (just picked up a used V) I could never return to a lessor machine. Not to mention the speed and time savings of the big truck. And, it uses less fuel than my slide in.

it's time to start saving for a brand new V off the showroom floor.

Methinks if you ran your Thermalwave at 16"hg and it made some real heat, you would be singing a different tune, it is just single wand we're talking about right? What lift is your new/old V set at? What temp will it hold with a high flow tool?

Dave, Thanks for the positive comment, I ran Butlers for 25 years, I had a custom cube built in 2006. Here are the pictures. They are good dependable trucks. I was very disappointed by the way they distributed the weight, It was over weight on the front axle with one tank of water, so I sold it and bought the first Vortex. After working with it I sold my remaining Butler and bought the second one. I also did not like the manufacturer telling me what I wanted when they never cleaned carpet. I would make suggestions, and Butler would just come out and tell they where not interested in changing to meet the needs of cleaners.
