Asked to clean a small restaurant , about 700 sq. Feet. Hadn't been cleaned in 2 plus years. I bid it at $500 sight unseen. The only thing would touch it was the RV360I brush head. Once you break that thing in it kicks butt!
Use it to pre scrub traffic areas in homes all the time. Love it

Awesome picture.....very powerful cleaning!
What pre-spray did you use and did you add any enzymes or Biosolv to cut the grease?

Agitation is THE step most decent cleaners neglect, keeping them from being great.

Some accomplish this step by a prescrub with a 175 or a CRB, then follow with a high flow rinse with the Zipper or a high flow wand. That's an excellent way to clean if you've got a couple guys on the truck but the Kid turns 40 next month and I'm always looking for ways to be efficient without beating myself up physically. I'm still alone on the truck and loving it most days.

Enter the 360i with the brush head!

I prespray the carpet, allow a little dwell time while vacuuming the edges, then go to town with the equalizer.

I don't care what Truckmount you are running. If you are by yourself and doing residential carpet cleaning, there's no more efficient way to consistently deliver the deepest possible cleaning.

Every tool has its limitations but when the brush head is used, those limitations are not such an issue. There was always a fair amount of overlapping with the standard head that I had gotten used to. That meant I was using quite a bit of water too, to avoid that "streaking" the i has been known for.

The brush head evens it all out, spreading the high flow tools cleaning power over a wider area. I'm using less water, cleaning more evenly, and SAVING TIME.

Being so heavy residential and always looking for an edge, I've got the BIG 3/4 hp RotoVac XL on the way. It's coming with the brush head and standard "swoop" heads. I'm a believer in those swoop heads. They dig hair and soil from deep in the fiber, eliminating the need for a prescrub.

It's all accomplished in one steady step. I'm spending far less time and money on expensive spotters ever since moving to rotary extraction.

I think an in line filter, like my Devastator is necessary when you see how much more you are pulling out of Mrs. Piff's carpets.

These residential clients literally freak out when you bring this kind of game into their living room!

Yes.....I groomed the carpet!!!

But I applied Maxim Advanced first :headbang:. That's another thing. People really want to protect a cleaning that is at such a high level.

We need to KEEP asking ourselves, "Could there be a better way?".

My striving to be better has led me to this brush head on the RotoVac. I'm hoping the BIG XL (shouldn't they call it the XXL?) will speed me up in these larger residential settings like you see in the pic.

RotoVac said the head was for commercial carpet. That very well may be, after it's been broken in. The thing jumps around pretty bad out of the box on CGD.

They also made a big deal about the i being so easy on you physically. It's true but they didn't even talk much about how much better it cleans...

That's why I come here.

And Marty's always here.

And 1 1/2 inch hose is all you need.

And a number 4 blower is good enough for as long as you need to go out to clean, maybe it will be fine.
