I've got a client that I look forward to servicing EVERYTIME she calls. I would stand on my head and bark like a dog if she asked...... Let me explain..... Her and her husband own multiple companies, and they they are very busy people. I've only met her once, but have serviced her home, or businesses every 2-3 months. Today, I was @ her home. She gives me the door and alarm codes, I show up, and on the kitchen counter is my laundry list of items. Beside the list, is a freshly made breakfast sandwich, and a mocha.(she had the nanny make it before she took the kids to school)...... who does shyte like that? This business would be perfect if all clients were like this....... I am trying hard to build my clientele list modelled after 'THE GOLDEN ONE'..... I love this lady.......

Surprisingly, my house jobs does that. At least three of them do. It is nice to have clients like that. Two other housejob i do allows me to stay at their house when they go on vacation. Big bathtub with TV and etc...real nice. Had this kimd of hospitality ever since i was kid...thats why i wonder why carpet cleaner or any cleaners dont ask to use the toilet even accidentally breaking the seat..thats how great friendship starts...with benifits
