So I bought an old vortex and i need to "free up" my stuck exhaust diverter. When these things are let sit in one position they get really really stuck! After being told to "hammer it out" through a 1/8th hole by Vlad at Aerotech to no avail, I took it to a friend of mine who has a body shop behind his house. After doing 2 hours of what you see above, we got it loose.

Thanks for the pic!

I've been meaning to PM and install the grease fitting on mine.

Just haven't gotten around to it. The weather has been cold and unpredictable.

grease fitting is on. found some 700 degree grease at o'reilly. cant remember the name. When I greased the fitting, the grease ran out the top and the bottom. Beautiful.

i also advice you to clean the stone on the actuator and if posible move it up into the truck and you have no more problems.
