I'm reading that they scrape your website and take your content, displaying it on their site and hurting your SEO. Several folks mentioned having to do a Digital Millennium Copyright Act notice to get the content removed:

So I just checked us out and they have a website listed for us that no longer exists but has good reviews and no duplicate content so I will leave it alone for now.
