I figured it out... My guys used my van to surface clean some cheap rugs... And must have put my jug on their van by mistake... Argh!

I once had to clean a filthy 2 bedroom apartment with my stair tool on my knees because I forgot my wand.. I got sick the next day from inhaling what ever was kicked up.

Lol . Not a bad idea but the homeowner was around so no chance of me doing that. I actually ended up going back to pick it up and drove all the way back to finish. It happens.

This has happened to myself aswell..... EXACTLY why I hide a full jug of Procyon powder in the bottom of my towel bin( can use for all types of carpeting).... I've got one client that lives 3.5 hrs away...... Always 5-700 dollars, she tips me 2-300 EVERYTIME...... Not a job I want to show up for unprepared.......

No, only the one but might be a good idea to have a spare. Looking at getting a new wand soon anyways so can keep both on the truck.

My pops almost had an employee clean a house with the stair wand.... He forgot the wand and rotovac at the shop.... My pops was big on checklists.....He had a checklist for a checklist....

But you know me, I know-it-all and I'll never forget something to take on a job............If I forgot something, I'd wing it cuz I never liked "why didn't you follow procedures and checklists..." It's a nice serving humble pie when I fooked up......
