Went to a rental yesterday, a bit of background he asked for a clean 3 months ago and never showed, front door was unlocked and open, inside looked like a mess, no-one home, rang him no response, sent a text no response and left my biz card no response.
Two days ago sent a text asked for a clean, 1 lounge, 2 bedrooms and a hallway $119 let him know money must be present before clean is commenced.
I will let the photo do the rest however one of the floors was covered in mull bowl scraps and what looked like he had spilt his bong......
I was upfront with the tenant and let him know what to expect. I couldn't get the ash of the carpet. Fairly badly damaged.
