You've been using the service for years now, what have they done lately with their product? I use AOA and just curious how FC is doing now? The thing I like about AOA that FC didn't do is I get a call log of what calls were taken, who booked and they have a system for you to log into that allows you to see the break down of the calls. All FC could give me is a data sheet break down that gave you little to no information. They have also captured so much customer information now that my database is over a thousand customers.
But just like with anything.. there is no perfect employee and on a rare occasion the ball does get dropped.
