New customer, sound me on Yelp.

Never had their carpets clean their life, have 6-year-old wall the wall, 5 rooms..
Asked about how long it'll take me, if they can be in the house while it's being performed, if there's any odors, furniture moving and maybe one other question.

Told me her husband's been promising to rent a machine from the supermarket for 2 years but still hasn't done it and he's going to be out of town next week so she's going to sneak me in..


Book the job thank you very much hung up and yep, she never asked the price....

Wasn't that job with the dog slobber in the less than upscale home another one where the wife went against hubby's wishes and had you clean instead of a machine rental job?
