I don't rinse at all any my Orbot is just fine. Stuff works good.

Descale anything with a pump a couple of times a year. Rinse with a gallon or so of water at least every week. The time and little bit of money you spend on this is a great investment.

Oh, got it. You are right, not an issue with Releasit. I was writing about other chemicals that I use for tile, vinyl and so on. For example Flex reacts with BioBreak and forms a precipitate. It can clog the hydroforce and the onboard sprayer for my orbital.
