I use the white magic set up with the wand using a female and the supply a male with a shut off. Just clear the wand and disc connect the supply line and no dripping. Yea not a lot of fun but less water on all the tile floors. jz.

I still get dripping after I do that. Does that mean the trigger is wore out?

You have to clear the water from the wand after the line is removed into the carpet give it a little time then you can move to the next room.
When I am done with a room and need to cross a hard surface floor to get to the next one, I turn off my valve and do a few dry passes. The vibration shakes out the solution still in your manifold and line.

My water runs about 210- 240 hard not to have leaking due to the heat just keep changing things and maybe no leaks for a short time ?

If I can't cover all hard floors I'll at least do the entrance to the house and entrance to the room being worked on. I don't cover wood steps their deadly enough as it is. I always go through and wipe drips when done
