There was NO bentley wand at BP's CAD day in Omaha.

I specifically drove two hours there to SEE one that was supposed to be shipped there for the event.

They ran out of airpaths at the KC CAD , so I had them order me one. They called a week later when it came in. I make the hour drive back up there and my salesman says “Umm its back there somewhere do you need it today”. I let him know he needs to get off his azz and find it. He goes in back and looks at the 9 pallets that came in that day decides its to much work, then comes back and says sorry can’t find it. I ended up having to go back and get it myself. I find the dri-eaz pallet dig for a moment and bingo. Lazy SOBs!

I called Clark at the # you provided. He wasn't at the store and the guy who answered gave me Clark"s cell #. I called and no one answered. It was get pretty close to Friday and we would have had to UPS Red the wand and that's pretty expensive. We'll have the wand and our other products at Connections in Sept., are you going? If we had more notice for a CAD we could have made arrangements, maybe next time.
