Man I'd love it!

I think I'd out being someone's bitch today. We have a couple of large projects they are working on and the keep stealing guys. I'm out monitoring water calls today and then I think we have a carpet job after lunch and then I have some upholstery to clean here in the shop.

I work harder so they can work the mold projects and then I have to pay them more.
Something is wrong here! :headscratch:

Bullshit. You'll be sleeping at your desk before noon.

Oh yeah... We finished at about 5 pm today.

I had 8 miles on my step counter today...

I spent a good amount of time helping little old ladies find their rooms, and what floor they really should have been on most of the day...

Or escort to the elevator, and office... And... Oh boy what a day!

But she is done.

No way I could have done that alone anymore...

Sitting on the couch now with the puppies and ice water... Trying to hydrate up... Already leg cramps

I am bidding on one of these, it's been in the process for about 6 months. Looks almost identical to yours. My biggest worry is some senior slipping and falling on an adjacent hard surface. How do you mitigate that?

They make everyone aware in the facility we are going to be there that day... Notice to be careful and safe...

Extra staff watching...

BUT.... the Zipper Wands...

They get things drier faster than anything!

And where we have carpet meeting hard surfaces we still bring fans and speed dry that area

I am always thinking that someone is going to wipe out on my prespray. Once it's been cleaned it's ok, but it's when you have just presprayed an area and people are still walking on it. The place I am bidding on has lino in the suite entrances.

I'd OP that. Too risky for hoses. Use an OP or 175, vacuum well, spray down your encap juice, soak your pads in water, hand wring lightly. The wet pad acts as your rinse cycle.

This method is very effective on CGD and yet dries very fast since so little moisture is used.
