Hi Willy,

I don't know what your situation is, maybe home with an injury or something?

I have felt the same way in the past and one thing I started doing is going out as a "Prep Truck"

I'll go out ahead of my guys (pick and choose which jobs) and get there about 1/2 hour before them and do whatever I feel like doing.

I usually vacuum, pre-spray, place blocks and tabs, bring my Hot Rod (not a plug, pick your scrubber of choice) and pre-agitate some areas or sometimes I just shoot the breeze with the customers.

It often results in effortless up-sell just by getting into a casual conversation with them.

Anyway, just thought I'd share that. I agree it feels good getting out and getting engaged but it's also nice having a choice not to.

I'm getting nervous- booked a week and a half out, as well as a big school to strip and wax and carpets, 5 apartment halls and stairs,lotsa move-outs, a few resi customers, :eekk:

I dunno, this year it's exploding. I need another van on the go, but I don't want it collecting dust seven months of the year. Gonna buy a new one in the fall and I was hoping to retire one for trade in and pay off the balance cash, but I don't think that is going to happen now.I just don't like owing. I think this is a good place to be-

EXCEPT FOR DAMN EMPLOYEES DRIVING ME AROUND THE BEND!
