Just got myself some new chems and parts in the post today. Thank you kindly to Nick and Chuck for helping out and getting it all together and over so quick. I have trouble getting service here as fast as I can get goods shipped from Rotovac.

The OSR needs very hot water to dissolve. Don't bother with tap water. Mix it with water right off your heater in a big enough container because it will foam like crazy.
