What is the float right and float left finger pointing action going on next to the SAVE disk thingie above the chat box?

At the risk of enduring Fred hate, the change seems to have made every iPhone button unresponsive and most actions require more time.
Yes, I know, I'm the only one experiencing this and it's got something to do with my iPhone.

But it only started when the new things showed up.

Which buttons specifically?

if links:
They aren't unresponsive. They will require two clicks in some cases because of the way Apple's "mousing" works but maybe there is a fix somewhere in all these questions of people with apple devices having similar issues:

or contact apple support.

I'd love to help but you can never give me a specific instance along with the phone/browser/os/ version.......................but there are cases where I just can't change the way the device you bought works/handles this site from my side

when was that? Cause I'd like to be a hero to all those people in the link above.............I keep good notes of changes made .....









If icons (like, quote, etc) are not working it could be an issue with font awesome and I'll look into it .... but your recent activity (liking post) seems to indicate they work fine

Float left and right is for laying out images (mainly) in post and articles. In these examples the image was highlighted once uploaded and inserted into the post and then the 'float left" or "float right" button was clicked.

Allows you to save drafts of post. That way if you get pulled away or your device crashes in the middle of a long ass post you don't have to retype..........

not really necessary since autosave is on which does the same thing without requiring any input from you. Start a reply without submitting, go to another thread, then return to the thread you were replying to and the response you started should be in the reply box.

the delete draft will clear that saved reply

If there isn't anything available when clicking those buttons it is because you do not have any albums/photos

to create albums

Ok @hogjowl I've spent the last hour browsing with my iPad with no button issues so unless you can give me more info I have to assume the issue is you or your device settings

When helping Marty with mechanical issues it's always best to confirm that he has actually turned the truck, Dyson, Ipad, toaster oven, truckmount, Rotovac, electric tooth brush, chain saw, manual toothbrush and Zipper wand to the "On" position before proceeding with the trouble shooting process.
