thread lay out question

I am considering making it so the latest post comes up first when you open a thread instead of the first post.


What is your preference?

I would have the replies in random order, so you see the topic and then everything else is scrambled randomly

If you can make it so that the initial thread starters comment comes up first then more recent replies that might be good. Otherwise leave as is.

That answers your question. Just need to remind people about the options every now and then.
Plus, when I get an email about a new post to a thread, it always displays that latest thread first.
I don't think you need to change a thing Mike.

I think its fine how it is... However I would like to see the date of the original posts above the thread starter.
