Anybody know where I can get a Power Clean throttle cable? (Verneer - type with nylon inner sheath.) The lighter-weight cables don't work.

Much obliged.

If you can't find parts local for your Power Clean unit call Frank Perez @ Truckmont Headquarters in Calif. 805 604-4808.
He stocks Power Clean parts and will FEDX them to you.

Thanks, Larry. I checked your site before I posted. The Power Clean throttle has about twenty individual steel strands wrapped around the nylon sheath. Heavier-duty. Looks like a light aircraft throttle.

The multi-strand cable will fray with usage.

The solid cable has been more durable for those designs that must depend on cables.

Our housing Outside Diameter is 0.375" diameter.

I can loan you mine until you find your replacement.
Thanks for the kind offer, but mine is functional except for the position lock. I've been clamping a miniature Vice-Grip behind the knob to keep the engine speed steady. No big hassle. It just looks redneck, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I've tried other cables, but none is strong enough to pull the linkage.
