Nov 11, 2009 #3 C Chris Sheldon Guest The Napa # for the throttle cable I get is: 731-1103. Last one I bought cost $36.98. You will probably have to trim it. The cable from Prochem is a bit more stout I think, but the Napa one is cheaper and should last a while if you don't abuse it.

Chris, what is it that we do that might be abusive concerning these cables? Is there something we should do to better maintain them?

Nov 11, 2009 #5 C Chris Sheldon Guest Shane, usually people turn the handle too hard to lock the throttle in. The best throttle I have seen is the one Power Clean puts on their machines; they are a bit pricey, but very nice.
