Tile attachment for 360i design flaw?

Is it me or is the collar that the 360 floats around in too high? It drove me nuts yesterday only being able to go up to the cabinets and not under, where the kick plate goes. I think mines going back to Rotovac...try again please. Still awesome on carpet though, brought a lake house back from the dead yesterday!
