Its not a trailer story, we did fine with ours but thankfully I finally sold ours after it sitting for several years.
My story is when a homeowner asked the crew to pull around back to extract water from their walk out. The ground was firm enough to pull around on but as the truck got loaded down with water the ground couldn't hold up and it eventually sunk down until the tires were deep in the mud.
Tow charge, re-sod the yard, hours of wasted time at a time of flooding when they could have been producing income.
Don't listen to the client without thinking. It had stormed the days before, we were there to because of the rain, why would you pull up on the grass????
