To anyone who uses low flow jets

I'm assuming the jets on the wand that cleaned this carpet in the past was 1flow. Turn your pressure down 1flow users. My CRB helped it a little

That’s my point. A low flow jet has a sharper and more aggressive punch to the fiber than higher flows

I started with HOST back in 1981 and when they came out with Stain Resist back in 1987 (I think) we started using truckmount but used the HOST machine to agitate. Thought we were the originators until I went to a Jeff Bishop class where it was in his manual that using a CRB was an option. He was much older and wiser than me anyways.

I'd presume it was over pressure for that particular carpet.
regardless of jet size

The operator was was one of the many that suffer from CFSOFTS

You'd better notice in the first pass or two when you first start the job, hopefully in an out of sight back bedroom.

Plush carpets, close jets, and too high pressure will make a mark.

Turn it down asap.
