One of my clients.. 89 years of age in the hospital and coming home next day or so.

Her daughters want to do something special as a surprise.


She needs her carpets cleaned... With it so busy, told them I would personally take care of it this morning

Yeah, that's Ted & Carol, been around for ages, they're up there in Oxford, they run an old Steam Genie PTO too if I remember right, they stop by the store 2 or 3 times a year.

Oh yeah Mark, that's very nice of you to drive cross state to take care of the cleaning for that 89 year old lady, i'm sure that she'll be very pleased.
