I have a job today that I guess was won by default. I have a giant 3 story historical home with one carpeted bedroom on the 3rd floor. The lady had 3 other companies out but none of them had enough hose on the truck to get to the room. I got out there bid 1 bedroom and a couple steps, maybe 200 sq ft for $125.00 . Not to bad for just cleaning 1 room. In addition to that the lady sent me home with a wool 5x8 to clean. These people have like 50 area rugs and orientals in there so I hope I can make them happy and get the repeat.
