Hi everyone,
I want to thank you Willy for using our Procyon cleaning products. As you have found out that we have great staff that is user friendly. I hope that all your customers questions were answered. I want to let you all know that we have just received a letter from Miles Athey, PhD, Toxicology
that will allow you to use Safe for Asthmatic and Allergy-Sensitive Individuals covering all Procyon Branded cleaning products. Again I want to thank all of you for choosing a safer way to a cleaner healthier environment.

Thanks Ivan. A lot of companies could learn a lesson from your business's approach to customer service. I'm pretty sure the cleaning wasn't the problem or the cleaning agent, but for your staff to make the investment in time and energy to call my customer speaks volumes to me.

UPDATE _ Turns out the child had allergies to something else- Not the procyon. The referral came from a mother's group facebook page , a gift that keeps on giving and I didn't want to bruise that shin.
(So let me get this straight - Nate squirts dimes out his , well, you know, Richards gets them and converts them to donkey pennies. Am I missing something here?)

The child probably had allergies to her laundry detergent. Mother putting more soap in the machine thinking more is better. Just like some carpet cleaners I know.
