What are yours?

• Parking spot close to the front door

• Pick up small things from open areas including breakables from tables etc

• Put Animals away (yes I know there is some image there to greeting the animal, but still)

• Vacuum

• Air conditioning or heater set at a modest level

• Schedule other workers at a different time

• Small children taken care of

• Allow enough time for the cleaning or make arrangements

• Payment Options

• Be ready to be disrupted and have doors left open...loud noises, tools in the home (Not Harper) etc.

Now I need to go back and read Mikey's to see what I repeated or missed. lol
All of these options can be explained better and still not be too wordy.
Really, I think 10 is probably too much...maybe 5 would be better.

Remove pet turds from carpet. I'm serious. I had a couple last year like that.

It never ceases to amaze me how some people live.

Move the art glass.

Otherwise, we don't give our customers a list of chores. We do let them know the less we have to do the less we charge.
