Got my case of TOPS spotter. Have a ton of encap jobs coming up. Looking forward to seeing how well it works. Anyone have success with various dilution rates?

I just use as instructed. That will last a long time at recommended rate.

Most of the time a couple ounces in a 16 oz spray bottle is all you need and once in a blue moon you can use it straight but plan on a white surfactant halo around or over the spot for a while. That takes about a minute or two to go away. Don't panic, you didn't bleach the carpet

You can use a couple ounces in your 2.5 gallon jug to boost your pad, cap, pro or other real encapsulant

Yes, I highly recommend you (especially) run this as a rinse.
