This complex is unworldly....

Virtually a whole city and than some, more.

The AT and PHX's will never stop moving

Can you share the backstory here?
The story started pre-covid when the resort realized that they were not getting a quality clean with a local low moisture franchise and started doing some research.
The operations manager who we all dealt with is very astute and thoroug, and knows how to do his research. He also has a long and deep history in the area and understands how these water parks / vacation resorts truly work.
While the three truck franchise was able to speed clean their way through the whole resort in 12 weeks, the results were anything but satisfactory. This was a special apparent on the guest room carpet whichis a low-level loop installed over pad.
The resort's goal was to bring it all in house so an Aerotech machine with its two and three wand capabilities made the most sense to them.
Fortunately they were able to lure away the top technician from the franchise, who is a remarkable young man that has a excellent grasp on the cleaning concept for all flooring types. My friends Scott McKay at Aerotexh referred my company as well as Saiger's and Zipper wand for supplies and training .The resort spent a considerable amount of money with all of us and offered to put us up for a few days and take care of us if we would come out and share our knowledge with the young man.
My observations which everyone but zipper agreed with (😵‍💫) was that they need to embrace low moisture for a lot of their cleaning needs due to noise, tripping hazards, to prevent wicking and the need to get things dry quickly.
The resort is slammed all year long as they offer indoor swimming and many other family-friendly activities to participate in even in the deep of winter. So keeping the 1200 guest rooms, condos ginormous cabins, health spa, convention center, restaurants, common ways, unlimited staircases and even outside concrete is the goal. Essentially this truck will never shut off 9:00 to 5:00, 6 days a week.
It's very clear they're going to need another truck, and more importantly, more employees that have basic understanding of how to clean all these surfaces. We spent two days trying to train two members of their staff who knew nothing about flooring and at the rate they need to move, they don't have time to train. Luckily for these two men they're also going to need hose pullers and furniture movers, etc.
They have other resorts around the country, with more plans of expansion, and seeing how this is the mothership, what starts here migrates to the other location so this will be an outstanding customer for all of us involved. I could see much more consultation going on in the future.

On a personal level, the multi-surface wand performed excellent but there were times when the sapphire scientific and hard surface brush Glide combo was much more efficient and easier to operate due to its complete lack of lockdown.
Mark brought a Tops Phoenix unit so we showed them what it could do, it was very obvious they need a few more of these machines once they get skilled operators to utilize them.
The immenseness of the facility can't be seen online and for something that I had no idea existed in this world, I'm still flabbergasted at its existence. The amount of people that frequent this place spending tidy sums to entertain their children for a week is incredible.
They were extremely appreciative of the time and energy we spent with them fine-tuning their equipment, setting it up for efficiency and passing along or combined 130 years of experience..

A lot of credit goes to Scott to make sure that he didn't just sell them a machine, but knew how to bring a team of experts in to put together a great on going maintenance plan.

Experiences like this "teach the teachers" as much as the students, and I'm sure you'll find challenges and learning opportunities here as well.

Absolutely if the opportunity arises again I'll create the curriculum and schedule for which we work by during our stay to be even more effective

Eric had personal reasons to promote his tool just as you do in promoting VLM. In this case, it seems that your personal prejudice will serve them better, but they’re still going to need a zipper for when they decide to flush.

I tried to land their North Carolina location on cleaning all their carpet quarterly about 5 years ago. I backed out when I couldn't get enough truck mounts to team up with to get it done in a reasonable amount of time

I wonder how well they're treating the young man from the franchise on handling all the floors. It seems like it'd be a decent job if he can get a good crew under him to help manage the cleanings every day

He'll take home more money with more benefits than 60% of the owner operators in this country I'm sure

They need a very full tool box.

It's much easier to train a newbie on how to run a zipper super spinner than it is to properly use a traditional wand

By the way Marty I'll make way more money selling them wands and hard surface Glides then I will low moisture equipment but they definitely need three or four machines that almost never stop running..

I didn't read it as they don't need a zipper at all, but that Low moisture in certain situations is a good idea.

Seriously- The Dells 40 years ago was a ghost town in the winter. That whole town had been built up since then. Haven’t been there in probably 5 years or so. I live 2 hours away.

Yeah, there was no need for a super spinner anywhere on this facility..

A 15 and a 17 regular Zip would be good for their annual or semi-annual flushing in my opinion they need an army of OP machines for all the hallways common areas entries and staircases be done without the noise and tripping hazards..

Aerotek will also come in handy cleaning the enormous amount and tile and grout LVP they have as well especially in the kitchen.
