Taf would be wise to find a way to lower the cost. I believe the expense of having it Green Seal Certified is what drove up the cost.

I also have used a couple of Gal. on our rat nasties, allso used trashed HP. very pleased with the results. Because of price we use it sparingly and only when needed..

there are NO pre-sprays on the market that will handle anything but LIGHT soil conditions at 1/64 dilution .
