Hi everyone I'm new to the business and am hoping someone can assist me with some insight on this site. Truckmountdeals.com
Can anyone confirm they had a successful transaction with/through this site? Legit, good/bad?
Much appreciated, :? :?:

I bought a TM through Jeff @ truckmountdeals.com. Mine wasn't a lemon, but it definitely wasn't the 10 that was advertised. Since it was consignment, Jeff has no way of personally inspecting all equipment sold on his sight.

Jeff is a stand up guy. He has offered to pay half of the TM repairs to get it up to operating status (total bill around $700). I need to fax him my repair invoice and I'm sure I'll receive my check promptly.

If possible, it would be GREAT if you could personally inspect the equipment before buying it.

Thanks for the response...I would love to go inspect it but I'm in Canada and it makes it a little hard to do that...I've got pictures and looks good. I've been looking for a while now, I feel confident this is going to be a good deal. Ideally I should inspect though, I'm sure he'll work with me if something is significantly not as described.

If I had to bet on it I would say Jeff would take care of anything he says he would. As I already said he showed me he is very trust able in my sale. Also the gentleman that bought my unit said he was pleased with the way Jeff handle it & was completely satisfied with the description given on our truck.

You reminded me I need to write a testimonial for him.

Good Luck with your new truck.

No You didn't You met me and I have nothing to do with truckmountdeals.com or JWC Inc. I did work for Jeff JWC inc. /Steam Way of Utah. Nov 7th 2006 My wife and i purchased the assest's and Inventory of JWC Inc/Steam Way of Utah (not the company) and started Superior Cleaning Solutions LLC. We have an agreement to allow him to sell any used Truckmount on consignment until Nov 7th 2007 and at that time he will have two years of "right of first refusal" to purchase any used machine we have or we will then sell them on our site usedtruckmountsales.com (more info on that site when we get ready to take it live)

I can't legally speak bad or good about truckmountdeals.com or Jeff I just want to make absolutely clear I have NOTHING TO DO WITH either of them.

If Jeff has the machine (which I don't think he does) I will be happy to check it out. (he is supposed to bring all machines to us to be checked out if he owns them anyway) if it is not local then find out where it is and I'll be happy to find a cetified Prochem Shop to check it out for you.

So...what your saying is he is going to take my money and not give me the machine?
I assume you and Jeff don't have a good working relationship to say the least. I see you have many years in the business and for that I have respect for your reply.
Your opinion that he doesn't have the machine...where is that coming from? Are you aware of all his inventory/consignments?
Anyway, Jeff knows that I do this part-time and is aware of what I do full-time.
That's all I going to say.
Thanks for your opinion.

I'm thinking you mean "doesn't have it in his possession, not that he is going to dip me. Anyway I'm not willing to spend anymore time or money, I have a certified dealer here and I'll bring it to him and follow-up with Jeff if need be.

Thanks again for you offer to inspect it for me!

I meant in his physical possesion. I wasn't saying anything bad about him was making sure people understand I no longer have anything to do with his company. if you pay for a machine you will get a machine he will not take your money and not send the Machine you have my word on that

Buy from the nearest TM dealer/manufacturer.. You'll be glad you did.. :-)

After reading about ACE.. I wouldn't trust no one with big money!
No one..:-(.. especially the ones that say "send money.. I make.."!!

Test run the unit first.. Then buy the one that fits your needs..

You'll be glad you did............

I already made that attempt...to buy locally from a Prochem dealer, unfortunately spending $30K CAD (for the complete system I need) is not in my budget right now. So what do you do...I guess I'll have to do it the old fashion way go see it, if it means long travel and taking time off work etc. This is the thing, I can save huge buying from Jeff or so it seems I just feel that some times you just have to go with your gut feeling. Thanks to all.
