I have had conversations like that with customers over the years. We have a policy that if you aren't satisfied, we will come back and redo the job. It doesn't matter the reason, just call and say you want us to come back and we will. People get weirded out if you just say okay without a fight. I've had people ask, "You aren't going to charge me are you?".
