So here is the problem. I have a customer with new installation ceramic tile and grout floor. Grout is supposed to be chocolate brown. It looks very milky white, which has been caused by the installer sealing the floor himself. I have no idea what type of sealer was used. The installer is long gone.
I first used an alkaline cleaner, then an acid. Probably 40% of it has cleared up but the rest remains a milky white....any ideas on what my next step needs to be??
