Good luck. What fiber? I see a lot of those type of stains up here. It's what make mustard yellow. And wAs only used to appeal to kids.

sodium percabonate mixed hot very concentrated worked for me.
It took about 30 minutes for the stain to go away.

Tumeric is a disperse dye.
That means it is very difficult to remove from fiber.
DuPont did a lot of research into removing it from nylon & wool.
They were only successful when they tried a strong solution of hydrogen peroxide WITH
a Hi-Power UV light of the correct wavelength.

Ive tried a ton of stuff, used stain zone from bridgepoint. It didn't touch it.

As Larry says, the UV light is important part of the process. We have had success with StainZONE and the uV light. You will get best results if the carpet is not too badly abraded and if it has been protected in the last year. It will take a lot of patience to remove turmeric from old worn carpet.
