Type of carpet?

What is the description of this type of carpet construction?
It is in a commercial setting. Condo clubhouse. Obviously continuous loop. But not level. Has up and down in it . Not even close to a berber.
Don't think it would be called sculptured.
Really nice stuff that cleans up wonderfully. It is nylon by the way, stretched in over pad.

the person who runs the homeowners association has said they can't believe how well it turns out after I clean it. That it is due for replacement. I sure hope they do not because we know the new stuff will be crap
