Type of Footwear

When you are cleaning carpets "What Type of Footwear" are you using...

For now I am using my regular shoes...

Thinking about getting some booties, LOL...

Only when applying teflon... I hate booties. I buy a new pair of runners every month and keep them looking pristine, never had a customer complain about my footwear. Any comments I have had are that I look very professional and that I smell nice.

After the carpet is cleaned I'll put them on to re-enter the home, and I leave a couple of pairs for the homeowner.

I had a pair of nikes and the black soles were transfering to the carpet after I presprayed. never again! now i look for light colored or white soles if possible.

Booties very seldom here...If ever,old school carpet cleaner,never liked duck shoes either when the were preferred,too many smelly feet .no matter how many times I hanged socks...

I use a ruff version entry mat,and wipe shoes if need be...

I use to wear New Balance until Luddy told me Asics were better.

He was right, I like the Asics a lot better!

I use to have a sore heel at times but since I've been wearing Asics I have not had that problem in over a year.

Luddy's not as dumb as he looks!

I use regular tennis shoes myself.....might as well make your feet comfy if you're on them all day going. I've bought cheap shoes and they hurt the feet....gotta get decent shoes.

I like Cintas shoes they are professional looking, very comforable. I don't like sneakers because IMO it reminds me of the average guy look. :shock:

Black shoes that bleed all over the carpet are always a nice touch. First month cleaning carpets I have a black pair of nikes. I'd bend down to spot treat and would leave more of a mess. Thank god they came out.
